q: where are you located and do we have to live near you to have our own little film made?

a: we live in Los Angeles but make films for clients all across the country and around the world.

    clients send their media to us via FedEx or UPS. We make the film and ship back the media.

q: how long does it take for you to make my little film?

a: most films will take approximately 2-3 weeks from start to finish. more elaborate orders will

    take longer. and rush orders can be requested and completed within a matter of days.

q: do you only make films of little kids?

a: oh no! absolutely not! we love to make little films of and for everyone... your husband,

    your wife, your mom, your grandma, your sister, your brother and even your dog!

q: how can we submit pictures, videos and music to yourlittlefilm?

a: - pictures: pictures are best in digital jpeg format via email, FTP or on disc in the mail

    (note: hardcopy pictures can be sent and used but will be charged an add’l $5 per image)

    - videos: videos are best sent via FedEx or UPS in order to insure trackable delivery

    (note: we recommend sending no more than 4 tapes per order in case there is a delivery issue)

    - music: music can be sent via email, FTP or on disc in the mail

    (note: yourlittlefilm can purchase any desired songs for you for an add’l $5 per song)

q: what add’l upgrades and options are available and what would they cost?

a: always keep in mind that virtually anything is possible when we make your little film.

    whether that means making an hour-long documentary (aka “your little BIG film”) or

    traveling with you to document an amazing family vacation (hawaii is always preferred) or    

    changing your mind a million times on what you want in the film (we love that) or whatever.

    just know that any time we begin to spend more time in the field or in the editing bay or

    on the phone focusing solely on your project we will need to charge a bit more for that

    extra time and attention. We will always let you know well beforehand if anything we do

    will cost you more in the end. and we are happy to discuss your desired little film in detail.

    our goal is just to make things a little easier for you and make little films that you will love.
